If you ask me, Reiki is pure magic. It can transform your life in an endless amount of ways. Some of the common things I work on with my clients are; Mood - anxiety, depression, motivation Health - cancer, chronic illness, habits, blockages, pain, injury Life - relationships, work, lifestyle But that's not all there is! The possibilities with reiki are endless. All it takes for us to work on it is a bit of visualization, manifestation and communication. Together we picture the life you want and go from there! I am able to do sessions in person. Much like going to a massage, You lay on a comfy massage table, surrounded by cozy blankets, pillows and ambiance. It's common for some people to fall asleep during their sessions. It's also common to see or feel things like; -Warmth as I move energy over your body -Different variations of lights while your eyes are closed -Some may even have visions or memories pop up All of this is normal, and some people don't see anything. That too is also normal! It's important to book a session when you have time afterwards to rest and allow the energy to integrate. No running to the gym afterwards to pump some iron. You want to give your body the chance to fully absorb, heal, and charge with time. Also, HYDRATE! Drinking water helps flush any of the stagnant, negative energy we've moved and helps get it out of you. Moving energy can be a lot on the system, so it's important to hydrate afterwards. Your initial intake appointment is about 1.5 hrs and cost $151. We go over everything that's been going on with you and make a plan. All followups are $111/hr.
